Hatterene's stats are allocated really poorly compared to Gardevoir. 8 more defense would probably be the best option. Maybe 8 more HP. It's too bad her speed is unsalvageable shit.

Her hp should be as low as possible while still being very bulky to abuse draining kiss.
Raise her speed very slightly so she's faster than toxapex with almost no investment but is still slower with 0 IVs.
Dump her useless attack into her defenses and her SpA.

Yeah, and it never made sense. You can't raise/lower base stats, otherwise they're no longer the base. I have no particular attachment to "efforts" just so long as it's not "base"
