I like the Unova dex, but it's still fair to criticize it for sticking so close to Kanto, the most boring and repetitive cast in the series. Did we really need another two fighting types that don't evolve? And another fucking bat and bird? And a mechanical thing that evolves into three of itself?
Give me cool gimmick concepts that can actually work with some creativity, like Shedinja, Smeargle, Wishiwashi, etc.
