this is one of those pokemon designs where, once its concept is explained (it has to be explained because you would never be able to tell just by the designs own merits) some people will say "oh i get it now, it's not so bad; i like that concept/thats a creative idea"
but the ultimate problem is that it looks ugly
it looks lazily drawn
it doesn't look like a pokemon
it doesn't look like what its supposed to look like
it doesn't look appealing on its own merits
bad colours, bad shape, bad textures
the eyes dont look like eyes, the head doesnt look like a head, the body doesnt look like a body, the random arrows attached to its head dont look like features of a creature design
its mouth and eyebrows are L I T E R A L L Y just lines
