So what are the odds of GF releasing a SwSh 2.0 taking advantage of the "controversy" to "fix" the game and Jew /VP/ and the fans out of another $60? Because, let's be honest player base would totally buy it and pretend this "problem" never happened.

Consider the following
>SWSH has no few to no pokemon in common with DPPt pokedex
>if the remakes happen, they would have no connectivity with the current gen
>at this point the whole national dex cut will be more apparent
>you either buy the new game or stay behind in an already obsolete game
>overall less sales
They will likely release the enhanced versions with national dex first, then the remakes to celebrate

Fixing the problem would cost time and money. They'll release Unstoppable Sword and Unbreakable Shield, but the only new mons will be Zayello and Zakee, and a new Eternatus form where it's nice now.

They stated that they won't have a full national Dex ever again, and the games are practically unsalvageable garbage. If we get "enhanced" versions with postgame and more Pokemon it would fuel the hatred for gen 8 even more

I said fix the game as the DP Vs Platinum situation, were DP look underwhelming in comparison to platinum, so no more Pokémon/NPC's piping out into existence, a more polished world, adding a secondary (or perhaps even three wild areas to fix the high level encounters), expanded routes, expanding/changing the story a little (see: USUM) and some other features(new modes for the battle tower, Pokeahtlon since this version focus on the sport like aspect of the Ghalar region)

Yeah that sounds more like it, if GF is going to be low effort than I rather see that effort into something substantial rather than working in people's favorite shitmons. I visit the pokemon subreddits on occasion because I'm getting into comp and am looking for tips and those morons keep pushing this "one culled pokemon every day until the National Dex is returned" or some dumb shit like that and it's absolutely braindead
