But you can't even grind it though. In Gen6 you can get the gen 1 and 6 starters through friend safari, but want to use a fossil or starter in gen 3-6 your stuck with a standard ball.

Legit this. Same thing with team making, especially in the age of Hidden Abilities and Gigantamax where you have to literally abandon your old mon for a new one with said perk. If they wanted it to be attainable they’d have ball changing, Hidden ability capsules, and gigantamax candy but they don’t give two fucks
