The Wild Area, raids, the Pokédex, and candies. My playthrough was the same way. I took so much extra time just fucking around in the wild area doing raids, filling up my Pokédex, and such. Kept my main team stored away for main story progression and did the extra side content with my side team/rotated team members. Lots of fun.

Same, I used Scorbunny/its evos as my guard through the Wild Area and had a separate team as my main team to keep the Exp balanced. Took me 100 hours to finish the league/postgame and am currently at 160ish hours.

This, in terms of traditional style Pokemon it didn't go right but for most people who don't mind a change that is fine, took me around 50 hours total with all the exploring to finish the game and it left me crawling for more, here is to hoping for a DLC next spring or so..
