How are the Orre games canon? Is it just because you can transfer your mons? Because Shadow Pokemon, the SNAG Machine, and Shadow Lugia (which learns Psycho Boost, which is supposed to be exclusive to Deoxys) are never brought up.

Hardly any NPC talks about the Colosseum protagonist in XD, what makes you think that he would become known around the world in different regions? Besides the games doesn't conflict in the main series timeline so why not?
