Will the pokedex always reccomend catchable pokemon in the current weather? I have been looking for Drampa in a thunderstorm at Lake of Outrage for an hour now and have seen every pokemon that a list implies is here except Drampa. The pokedex reccomended the area for Sligoo, but not Drampa, even though they should be the same encounter rate, and I've already got 3 sligoos.
