Only one of those resistances (Ice) really matters, but all of its weaknesses are relevant.

All of the weaknesses are relevant, and outweigh its resistance/immunity.

All weaknesses except maybe Bug are relevant, and its resistances and immunity besides maybe Psychic are relevant. The only reason Weavile works is because they actually made it a fast glass cannon.
Basically what I'm saying is that Ice makes any type it's paired with worse, and nothing actually wants to be Ice-type.
