What it seems like is that someone got the game early (most likely a reviewer) and leaked the details out. They're probably going to be completely fucked. (most likely the DimensionNZ guy)

They're also probably looking at who initially leaked the screenshots (since it seemed like there were two posters initially leaking the dex) and the third person is whoever took pictures of the guidebook. It wasn't officially released yet, but someone could have gotten it at a store/amazon warehouse or something.

That's not a legal defence in the slightest. Pleading ignorance has almost never worked for anyone at all, and there are countless examples of this.

Now I don't actually think they're going to go after anons here, but what you're saying isn't true. In the event they go after anons, there's basically no legal defence for them at all.
