i really like the color combo for all of them and i really like how the last one looks menacing in the first sketch. you have a really great sugi style and your artwork looks pretty awesome to me. the posing is really based too
what i don't know, is if you're going for a themed starter like the last gens. if that's true, then i think it would be cool for you to implement more elements to make the theme a little bit more obvious desu
make it memorable, make it standout. most of designs in pokemon have a "focal point" where you put all your efforts into designing one piece: charizard's focal point is her wings, primarina's is her hair, chesnaught's is her shell, etc... you can also acomplish a great aesthetic by exaggerating it's body proportions like intelleon's body, solgaleo's mane, mismagius's and hatterene's hats...
anyway, i really love the last one, and i hope you can make it even better by redesigning it a little bit anon
