ITT: we come up with ideas that would completely break the meta

>you can megaevolve any pokémon of your team for 3 turns

Mega Stones are replaced with Battle Bond which is now made available to every Pokemon line that can Mega Evolve, but Battle Bond now functions as if having a Mega Stone. All Mega Pokemon's past abilities are replaced with Battle Bond's secondary effect which now was changed to amplifying the Damage of STAB moves. Now Megas can hold other items. Also you can have 1 Mega and 1 Dynamax per team.

fusion/fission mechanic
you can now fuse 2 pokemon in-battle (if both are holding items then you get both effects). only a few can do this, like charizard x pikachu, venusaur x blastoise, milotic x gardevoir, etc...
their stats get increased by 1.5x everytime they defeat a mon

also, some old pokemon get a "fission" form, like gligar who is two pokemon fused into one

If a Pokemon could have several different abilities it gets all of them at the same time.
Instead of a held item, Pokemon have item slots based on body plan (e.g. Machamp cam have a head slot, a vest item, four arm items and a legs item)
Pokemon have 6 move slots, and up to 3 types
Instead of hard turn based combat it becomes some kind of ATB based combat with the bar filling depending on the Pokemon's speed stat.

But the ability would also cancel trick room if it's already set up. If they give the ability to multiple viable pokemon, trick rooms wars would be funny doubles and singles.

What if there was a signature move, with STAB of course, that had around 80~90 BP
But the mon comes with an ability that boosts it 1.5x
And if it hits first it gets boosted 2x
And, fuck it, a weather should also boost it 1.5x
