I don't mind it in Gens 1 and 2 because the font just seems a bit off if you decapitalise it, but Gen 3 definitely should have dropped the all-caps. Gen 4 was arguably worse since it decapitalised everything except the Pokémon names, which made them even more jarring to me in comparison.

Fuck no. I hated it in Shining Force 2, I hated it in Final Fantasy 6, I hated it in Pokemon Red, I hated it in Pokemon Silver, I hated it in Pokemon Sapphire. I've passed over romhacks because they don't decapitate.
