Hey I'm new to modern Pokemon,can someone please help me build a team that's reasonably balanced, I'll use this to play the game then shiny hunt them all later.

Here's my dream team so far happy to chop and change excluding Vileplume.

Vileplume = must have
Delibird = strong want
Pincurchin = kind of want
