In all honesty, my graphic a pretty simple job I did in PowerPoint of all things. If it has been that useful, I can modify it a little bit (different background coloration, longer Ball Type boxes) and post it as a blank template on this board sometime tomorrow.
But I would recommend first hosting a public view-only Google Sheets spreadsheet or making a pastebin text. You can get a lot more infornation displayed there, the sprite graphics are honestly just a form of cutsie attention grabbing. I'm working heavily on completing my personal Excel spreadsheet (listing egg moves and add'l info), making that into a pastebin dump, and improving the graphic to help act like a catalogue of sorts.
At the end of it all, I do implore you to experiment with PowerPoint Shapes and Powerpoint WordArt (look up "stroke text in powerpoint") to get some very rudimentary experience in graphic allignment, and make a spreadsheet Data Table within Excel for your own use and datalogging.
