I like it. It's not my favourite (I personally still really like Kommo-o, albeit that might be unpopular) but it's pretty inventive. I think the fact that Dreepy's evos carry Dreepy around is what makes it worthwhile, it adds another dimension you rarely get for pseudos.
Kind of a strange choice for an England region though, I was expecting something more classic medieval I guess.
