Part of the reason for that is KB is legal, and KB has a better movepool than Kyurem.

It's not available yet in official OU, but it's uber in natdex meta. Losing dynamax could make it more manageable, so we'll see.

It was banned in natdex OU because of dynamax and Dragon Dance. It doesn't exist in SS OU yet.

What makes KB good is Fusion Bolt, a move Kyurem doesn't have.

It gets Freeze-Dry this gen? Also not sure where you're fitting both Freeze-Dry and Focus Blast, surely you want Draco Meteor / Ice Beam / Earth Power which leaves you one slot (if it gets Freeze-Dry that's obviously the better move).

252+ SpA Choice Specs Kyurem Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Corsola-Galar: 117-138 (36.1 - 42.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Even max attack, double band Darmanitan can't OHKO Corsola. It's common as fuck and has a 30% chance to disable your move.

Draco is a redundant move. Dragon/Ice is both walled by steel types, both Dragon/Ice are super effective against Dragon-types.

There's not a single Dragon in OU that Kyurem needs Draco to kill that Ice Beam wouldn't.

Also I wouldn't write off Umbreon and Escavalier, Umbreon especially since fat teams like having a blobby Wish passer and Chansey's not around. Escavalier I admit is an unmon at present but when the meta slows down a bit I think there will be some merit to a bulky Steel that can boost past other fat shit.

It's not redundant because it's a 130 BP move on your Choice user, you're underrating how good that neutral damage is on such a strong Choice user. Focus Blast is only going to be useful in the Snorlax matchup since even vs Ferrothorn you'd rather try to cover multiple options with Ice Beam, Draco is useful in any matchup where you're going to have to hit-and-run.
