Give Shuckle one new ability (besides the obvious like Wonder Guard) to make it broken beyond all comprehension.

Stance Change. And obviously either give it King's Shield or change the ability to work with Protect.
It would be like Power Trick, but you don't have to risk taking a hit with 10 in each defensive stat.
Alternate back and forth between attacking and defending.
Because Shuckle is so slow, it'll only switch to its offensive mode after taking the hit in defensive mode. Then because KS/Protect is priority, it'll always be back in its defensive mode before the opponent can hit it.

Marvel Scale would make it even more ludicrously defensive, but Oblivious or Unaware would probably be a better fit in making it an annoying wall.
