What's even the point of exclusive moves if they aren't even unique? Here, look how easy it is.

Heals and sets up further Aqua Ring-like trickle heal, can also be targeted at your teammate.
Then dump 40 points out of SpA into HP to give it bulk to compensate for shit typing and you got a kinda intersting mon.

With Ice and Bug, the theme of the type always overwhelms the execution of a particular idea. Frosmoth should be fast and hard-hitting to compensate for its defensively-weak typing, but Gamefreak seems to believe that Frosmoth should instead be graceful and protective.
