Never understood this. With how easy they are to get thanks to these assholes the only shiny worth getting is one you got by pure chance when you weren't even trying. Why spend hours, days, or even weeks trying to get something these asshats can copy in twelve seconds? If you REALLY want a specific shiny either inject it yourself or ask one of them to do it for you.
