The only thing that was successful in my 6-yo eyes watching the anime, was the colour pallet. It seemed so saturated with electricity that it turned orange. Based.

Raichu has to be the most cucked Pokémon in existence. He gets absolutely nothing. Both his pre-evos are endlessly shilled and get a million items, side quests and events around them.
What does Raichu get? Replaced by a Hawaiian.

Really? Why use him over Rotom-Wash?

I love Raichu but I only play smogon singles so idk what goes on in vgc. Wish he'd get another little boost to his BST tho. 100 in att and spa would be great

I think they keep forgetting it's a thing, because all the pika clones after Marill are 1-stage shitmons with mid-evo tier stats, and all of them would greatly benefit from an evo.

Just being associated with Pikachu makes Raichu better off than 90% of Pokemon, constantly complaining that Raichu deserves more attention while ignoring the fact that its fanbase is one of the most circlejerk fanbases out there and that Raichu itself has a good amount of popularity.
