this has prolly been asked/speculated a billion times, but...y'all think there's a possibility of Showdown/Smogon getting nuked from orbit by DMCA/C&D/Lawsuits?
this is the first generation where Showdown has a tangible use over playing Cart (the ability to use Every gimmick and Every Pokemon)...Kinda worried for showdown desu
what's your guys' thoughts? is this just me being a Doomer, or is my paranoia justified? what would the ramifications be if we suddenly lived in a world with no Showdown/Smogon?
