The fact that the advertisement of the game revolves around Dynamax doesn't matter, ultimately it's something two players can easily agree to ignore with no issues, just like they can ignore the existence of Blaziken, of Mega Salamence, of Moody or of Baton Pass. They can't ignore the fact that Scald burns.
If you wanted to make an actual good point you could mention Sleep Clause which can't be replicated on cart, but there is a reason why many players want to remove or rework it.
