And then he never meets his father again either because best mom just decides for the entire family that she's happy enough without him after all, no one else needs to see him, all that grief she put the kids through over losing him was for fucking nothing. reeeeeeee
Yeah I'm still fucking pissed about this shit. I swear, I could write a sequel to gen 7 and give it the Ruin Johnson/Jar Jar Abrams treatment and it'd be a fucking improvement. (I may or may not be doing that already)
