Might be a dumb question but whats the best way to use these mint htings from the battle tower? Should I use them on my current pokemon team which all in the level 60's to 70's or is it better to use it on a lower level pokemon to get the best stats?

They don't increase growth rates, they give flat +10% bonus on a stat and - 10% malus on another

Oh so its a one time use thing then if I understand correctly? So I'd have to use several of these to increase something like attack or defence a lot?

No, all Pokemon have a +10%/-10% stat modifiers based on their nature. The mints just change the modifier to that of a different nature

Ah I get it now, so would it be worth it to change the nature of a pokemon thats already past level 60 then?

It's probably faster to just breed a better Pokemon than grind 50 BP. The mints are more for keeping sentimental value Pokemon or for Gigantamax/Legendarg/Pokemon that can't breed.

Just use them for Pokemon you're too attached to or can't breed like legendaries. For all else, just breed one with the right nature. If you have a parent with the right nature, make it hold an everstone so all children will receive that nature as well. If you have a parent with particularly high IVs, make one of the parents hold a Destiny Knot (doesn't have to be the one with high IVs, so that one can hold the Everstone if it is the right nature). With the Knot, the children will get 5 IVs randomly from their parents instead of 2, so a higher chance of getting stronger children

I’m sure it’s been said but these are not fun to grind since the battle tower never rewards you more than 2BP after master ball rank is achieved twice, best just save them for g-max and shinies while breeding regular Pokémon to have the ability/stats needed.
