>>41964337Use fire. I know it sounds odd but it's honestly the best way to deal with mold. Mold is a naturally dry and oily organism, so is very flammable, if you set fire to the bit with the mold it burns away the fungi but leaves the plushie itself undamaged. The layer of oil between the fungus and the plushie protects it from the fire. People used to do this to remove mold from clothes during the Victorian era, and it's suprisingly effective. You might need to do this a couple of times before it kills the mold. Also if the mold isn't burning away, just move the lighter or candle (whatever you're using to singe the mold) closer to it.
