I'd prefer Bug/Ice Sinnohan Leavanny but dragon is cool too.
Other that that, Normal/ Steel Tauros with crazy metal horns. Fairy Smeargle that uses Paint, which is functionally Hidden Power but you give it a paint colour item to change the type.
