>>41975021I can accept that criticism of Colosseium. GoD's purification system was way better, and honestly the selection of Pokemon in GoD is way better. I just ended up using incense in Colosseum to purify the Pokemon I really wanted to.
Still, it might be the nostalgia talking... but Colosseum's story and plot still holds up and introduced a mechanic that was more than a gimmick. The character models, unfortunately, do not-- besides Wes and Rui.
Back on topic, everyone seems to really hate on Let's Go because it's "cool" to hate on the normie spinoff. I get it somewhat, but it's not a bad game to pick up and play when you're on the go. The catching mechanic can be pretty challenging and I love how you can make any Pokemon in Kanto viable with candies. Is it the pinnacle of Pokemon? Hell no. Is it creatively bankrupt? A bit. But it's an enjoyable game if you want something to play in short bursts or enjoy shiny hunting. The graphics in it are more true to Pokemon than SwSh, but that's just my opinion.
