He just needs some better moves. Close combat is the best fighting move he gets and it fucks his defensive tank strategy. Give him Body Press so you get an actual Fighting move that you can use. Also needs Recover so it can heal itself, something most tanks need to be able to do. I'd also give it Bulk Up and Cosmic Power, and Power Trip just because increasing already high defenses is fun and silly.

There, now it's on the same level as Zacian.

Well, I mean, technically not much. It's still beyond the pale of over 90% of all Pokemon. It's the same thing that happened to Reshiram during ORAS where it lost relevancy among its peers, only this time its on debut.

Rather than give it moves that fit its design basis as a shield and the defensive counterpart to Zacian, they just made it a worse Zacian.

It's a defensive pokemon with the wrong typing for it on top of having no good tools for that job so it instead ends up as a half-assed bulky attacker.

Ngl, their legendary battle theme is kinda bad. The awoo intro was alright, but the rest was hot garbage. I miss Solgaleo and Lulana

It kind of grew on me desu. The awoo's were cute, and the really "fun"-sounding part of their theme, I feel, is rather fitting. Helps to represent that the wolves are rather fond of the protagonists. And Hop, as well.

I had similar reactions to Rose's theme. Started off as God-Shattering Star tier, but then devolved into some weird Spinda loopy tunes
