Taking your Ditto would do very little for me when compared to how much in terms of trade value it could bring for yourself. I'd heavily recommend offering some of the extras up for trade here, you will definitely get a few bites eventually. If you are itching for a foreign Ditto though, I have 3 good pieces of advice:
1) The trade code 4448 is extremely popular with foreign Ditto exchangers, and plenty of Japanese users will often times freely relinquish their Ditto. No guarentee that you'll come away with a 5IV in return, but if you simply name your Ditto "5 IV - ENG" and flash it for trade a few times, they'll get the picture.
2) If you have an IRL friend near you, they can host a Ditto raid over local communication while you play on another Switch profile, with the save data set to another language. Your friend will be rewarded with a high-quality foreign Ditto as well, so they also stand to gain.
3) If you have a burner Twitter account, just spam the #DittoTrade topic, include a picture of your Ditto's IVs. This is how I got my 5 IV JPN Dittos this gen. If it's anywhere near as popular as it was week 1, you should get a bite in an hour or so, depending on the time of day.
