Also, yes she is the strongest pokemon. Even stronger than Mega Fug by virtue of having a free, unrestricted choice band as its ability, the best defensive typing in the game and perfect coverage, plus swords dance in case it wasn't enough.

Zacian has a more than good enough movepool as-is, has a higher attack stat thanks to intrepid sword, doesn't care about priority due to ridiculous bulk + godly typing, Swords Dance, the list goes on.

Zacian's move pool is complete trash. It only learns 3 good attacking moves, Behemoth Blade, Play Rough and Close Combat. It doesn't learn Earthquake or Stone Edge. Heck, it doesn't even learn Bulldoze or Rock Slide.
