Victini, was the difference maker in both Timelines, Victini (in the Main Timeline) assured the success of the timeline, however; in the side timeline was there because Hoopa betrayed Victini, causing him not to appear. With the Timeline failure, Hoopa absorbed the power of became Unbound, causing multiple rifts creating the Ultra Wormholes. In the main Timeline Hoopa was unable to betray Victini because it was filled with Goodness after Lysandres cannon blast (X) [Lysandre lives forever trapped) (Giovanni abandons quest for Mewtwo) But in the side timeline, filled with Evil (Y) [Lysandre dies forever] (Giovanni realizes he needs Mewtwo to stay alive and not be killed)
In the main timeline, when Mew was hurled back in time, it came with those Unown, who ultimately became the WORD of Arceus and allowed it to create the Trio, and be its 1000 arms.
