I've done some brainstorming for it, and I found that a Psychic/Fighting type regional variant of Conkeldurr who carries around a greek pilllar and some giant tome could be cool. I could see it having a concrete beard and sporting a different pattern on its chest, making it resemble a toga (designed to resemble a stereotypical ancient philsopher). It's whole thing is that it would've come about from Conkeldurrs evolving to be more intelligent as they lived in a far nicer, more resource-rich environment, spawning this new breed of thoughtful, intelligent creatures, their philosophical ponderings on the universe granting them psychic abilities, their knowledge recorded in their great tomes. Maybe toss in a dex entry where they often have scholarly desputes with mons like Slowking, Oranguru, or Alakazam, and I think it paints a good picture
