I really like the design, but it has absolutely no reason to not have an evolution. It has the stats of a midgame first stage mon and the design feels pretty unfinished from an evolutionary standpoint. A stork would be a perfect evolution for Delibird: Delibird is based on a water bird (a penguin) and it delivers presents, and a stork is a water bird that delivers babies. Storks are even fluffy like Delibird's face.
