Let me help you understand where you are incorrect.
No visible genitals: Not NSFW.
If on-model fetish: Usually acceptable (depending on the tier of the fetish)
Interpretation of NSFW ultimately on the percieving party, not the artist. If you think its lewd, thats on you.
Just because you don't like something, that doesn't mean its against the rules.
Now, there is an interesting particular that is new. If you take a NSFW, and edit to be SFW (but only half way) then your image is still considered deletable, and likewise bannable. For instance; A Braixen with visible genitals--> Edited to a Braixen wearing striped Pantsu. If the NSFW version is posted in the same thread as the Edited version, both are deleted and likewise both posters are banned. This is not due to the nature of the Edit, but because it seems like a slap on the face of the staff (which most of the time usually is).
Regardless, the image in itself is fine because no visible genitals, and the melted ice is just from the Glaceon humping the ice; prove to me it is elsewise :)
