But Mr Rime is easily one of the better galar evos. His only problem is he shouldn’t have been an evolution of Mr Mime, either a form or a galar evolution for Mime Jr

I disagree. I think he should have been a normal evolution to mr mime in general.
He has very little to do with galarian mr mime and just straight up looks like a mr mime evo.

And that's a good thing. We've already had Pokemon based off of actual people before, and Charlie Chaplin easily works. Also a Mime > Silent Movie Actor is a great progression of the theme. Much better than Lucky Cat > Hurr it's a viking now
