If Sniper really is a 2.2x boost on top of a critical hit (instead of just being a 1.5x boost as it's been since its inception) then Sniper crit Ice Beam would 2shot Ferrothorn as well.
And if by some miracle critical Snipe Shot ever got to a final BP of 440, you literally wouldn't need any coverage at all. Naturally high crit rate + Focus Energy gets you to 100% crit rate without having to spend an item slot on Scope Lens/Razor Claw, so you can just run a Life Orb and deal 55% minimum to max Sp. Def Ferrothorn and Toxapex every turn.
