Hope (or mostly what i want it to be since they've removed the hope feature from the soul of players)

It's Stadium 3
>A solution to finally fix bad multiplayer with bad pokemon stats and the dexcut
>It's a competitive game getting updated regularly to fix balances between opmons and shitmons with everyone in it
>There ranks and season but also friendly matches online
>if you don't want to go competitive, bosses rush of every gym leader of every games are here like in the original stadiums
>otherwise for more casual players, amie and camp fusion
>a map to explore like in Pokemon Park with all your pokemons to finds rare items (don't know what you can put it in for the moment)
>minigames, lot of them
>training, breeding, berry cultivation and examinations of your pokemons stats will be the best way than any other game before
>it's still, of course, work at bank too

Hope: my year left on bank will count for Home OR its a one time payment.
There are mini games and stuff you can do with your pokemon.
Haley comes back.
3D Models instead of just tiny ass sprites like bank as.
More features than Bank in general.

Fear: You have to pay on top of bank.
It's just a copy of bank.
The filter gets stronger.
The NPC that runs it isn't cute.
Same tiny ass sprites bank uses.
0 special features.

I've honestly wondered why there wasn't any patches for SwSh at all. Didn't Let's Go have at least some sort of day one patch? I guess it's a "good thing" they shipped the game out with no patch but it's really strange.

I fear that Pokèmon stored in Home will somehow disappear because of some error in the app's code. Maybe they will patch it,but your Pokèmon will be already gone at that point.

It would be nice if they made up for the national fed cut and forcing a $5 subscription + $20 for switch online by making it be more than a basic bitch storage system

It has some Amie features (playing, petting, minigames, etc) GTS, and maybe a simple battle sim that allows for a simple, no restrictions singles and doubles.

Considering there's still been crashing/data corruption/bricking incidents on occasion, obviously not as much as at launch but expect another big wave on christmas, I was seriously expecting a bug fix patch by now. We still don't have any further information about home or sleep, nothing since the press conference or whatever it was they streamed where they were announced and home is supposed to be out in a few months. Hell, the whole thing with Creatures being removed from Game Freak's website still hasn't been officially mentioned or changed. At this point I just want to know what's going on behind the scenes.

Home stuff starts around 14min, they explicitly said we're getting trading. They mentioned expanding ways to play with pokemon but that probably just means new games rather than new features for home. Not getting my hopes up, we're probably not getting anything more than bank with trading.

They also mentioned thinking of other features for Pokemon Home in some other video, it was after the dexit thing, clearly trying to calm people down.

But yeah trading is confirmed and possible other features could be on the way, would be nice to have the nature mints and bottle caps etc. some ways to train your Pokemon on the Home, maybe with some minigames where you can farm the items to train your Pokemon.

Yeah, so much respect for a facet of the franchise that they themselves acknowledged, really care for the fans. You know, if they really think this is an acceptable replacement why haven't they given any further details - a release date, how the transfer and trading works, what other features are currently planned, what it'll cost, ect? And to not even TRY to go the dlc/patch route for the mainline games despite the fact that the datamining proved the data was all there except some of it like types were scrubbed to default values meaning more work went into taking them out than would have been necessary to leave them in and copy over the models with existing textures and animations. This was intentionally done to force people who would normally only buy one game per generation to buy every game or at least one from every pair and pay a subscription if they want to actually keep and use their collections. I don't know who's most at fault, I'm sure a lot of the individuals working on the projects are probably trying their best, but the reality is the big business side of things has gotten way too greedy and nobody can stop it because people are still buying everything they shove down the pipeline.
