Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast/Flamethower
- Hydro Pump

Mence is better off going mixed though. A special set was only good in Gen 4.

It's still not a bad set, though. Just utterly outclassed by Hydreigon. It's a shame there are no reliable items for special attackers in gen 3, though.
