Golisopod is quite tanky, so on paper, it'd be able to deal more reliably with things that don't OHKO it, like G-Darmanitan or Cinderace.
In practice, I don't think it would matter that much.

Do you ever wonder if this thing has something like shell armor, no emergency exit out anything? As in they were play testing sun and moon and when they faught Guzma, got bodied because they couldn't handle golisopod and nerfed him because of that one experience?
