Duraludon definitely looks like a final stage. It was just designed with the Gigantamax form in mind.

They kept the stats consistent with the lore this time, Duraludon is supposed to be very lightweight and agile despite its appearance.

85 isn't super fast or anything, but it's equal to Kommo-o.
