UV tools are bad, everything related to rigging, animation and sims is horrible. With the release of 2.8 working in Blender doesn't make you want to kill yourself anymore, but there are still many UI/workflow issues and missing basic functionality the devs most likely won't implement in the foreseeable future because they need to keep donations flowing and give plugin makers opportunity to make money too.
Sculpting got pretty nice and is improving quite fast, solely due to a single passionate guy working on it, the biggest problem now is probably the general shitty viewport performance.
Cycles and Eevee are okay, Eevee is actually nice to use, but they leave a lot to be desired and still can't really compete with other renderers like Arnold and UE4.
