Ok, how exactly do they get swapped? What does the swap exactly mean? Do previous mons get different typing? What specifically does this mean, or is it up for individual interpretation?

I'm guessing the Pokémons type itself swaps with whatever is above it in this image. For example, Ninjask is Bug/Flying. With this image, it instead becomes Water/Fire
