>>42085830Literally NONE of what you listed stand up AT ALL to the secret areas of johto and hoenn. Johto had mt mortar, whirl islands/tin tower (for the opposite version), ruins of alph, dark cave, union cave basement, deep slowpoke well, north lake of rage, mt moon, and rock tunnel. Hoenn has shoal cave, indoor mt pyre, sea current routes, sealed chamber (plus the auxiliary caves), deep meteor falls, abandoned ship, desert route, and sky pillar (only secret in rs). Emerald further added the marine/terra caves, altering cave, new safari zone locations, event isles, mirage tower, desert underpass, and artisan cave. And this is just the stuff off the top of my head.
These are fully fleshed out locations in the region built solely for exploration. Out of everything you listed, only the haina desert is even remotely on the same level as the optional places in johto/hoenn.
