>>420899411. Switch limit. Make a limit to the amount of times each player can switch per battle. Like 15 times. Being able to switch endlessly kind of ruins the point of PP and allows endless battles.
2. Max PP limit. All moves with over 15 PP have their PP reduced to 15 in comp battles. Just like all pokemon above level 50 have their PP reduced to 50.
3. Ban Gothitelle. Only Wobbufett should get Shadow Tag since it needs it for it's gimmick to work. Or remove Shadow Tag from it.
4. All healing moves get a max PP of 5 (can't be boosted to 8) including Leech Seed but not Pain Split or Draining Moves.
5. No legendaries including Sub Legends. Species Clause.
