I'd train it. We need more weapon Pokemon. Personally though I'd use some darker colours, maybe a bit of red to make it seem more aggressive.

I like the idea going on. But the final evolution just looks clunky to me. The front hooves look awkward, I can't get a sense of motion out of this thing.

Cute enough designs, even given the trap of "tiny baby first form, second form that looks like what a first form should look like, huge leap to adult third form" reinforced by current games. "Quackpot" deserves an actual mad-theorist duck Pokemon, it's too good and fitting a name.
