Water/Rock is an incredibly saturated typing in the franchise and is frankly just shit all round and I wish it was a different typing, hell Water/Dragon could have worked. Otherwise I think the design is fine.
Fine Pokemon, Rock/Water is a shit typing. It can learn Swords Dance but not Shell Smash?

Also this retard has Strong Jaw and can only know 4 moves that are boosted by it:
Bite
Crunch
Ice Fang
Poison Fang
And Crunch is just a better Bite so technically only 3 moves making it the worst Strong Jaw Pokemon. Jaw Lock isn't even boosted by Strong Jaw
