They both talk to theirself, they both have a need to constantly tell people around them what they're doing, thinking or about to do/go,
(Which is why LF thinks people are doxing him for knowing vague information about where he lives when he just casually spouts it out like it's no big deal), they are unable to process sarcasm or irony, struggle to hold normal conversations with normal people and get irrationally worried/scared/anxious to a great extent at relatively benign matters. The comparisons between the two makes me think LF is at least 100% schizo. I think he also mentioned being an aspie so there's that too. The guy I knew at least lasted a bit in high school before leaving out of fear while LF either never went to school, or dropped out incredibly early.
It also feels incredibly awkward being one of the main people to stop people from fucking with the guy I knew from school but also being one of the people shitting on LF
