Maybe they're holding a life orb or evolite, usually they have leftovers, and the EV Spread is of course Max HP/Max Def.

In this context, they're not hard to counter, but are annoying when your team is trash

Dugtrio is a stall Pokemon, but Ferrothorn isn't.

There's no such a thing as "stall pokemon", brainlets. Stall is a playstyle and team archetype, and usualy it sucks because 100% pure stall has no wincon. Spikes,Toxic, creating "free turns" via sleep or paralyz ultimately are offensive plays. Real stall does not exist anymore

Stall does not exist because stall is nothing more than sitting on your ass 80+ turns waiting as your opponent burns thru their pp or start doing other dumb shit.And if you are said opponent then you get what you deserved for being poor player.
