Rotoms wash and mow can tank it pretty well depending on their EV setup and burn it (it's holding weakness policy guaranteed so it's not lum berry.)
If you lead Hydreigon you can counter Dyna and max knuckle it (from Focus Blast) or Max Water to remove sand
Ferro sits on this thing for free unless its running Fire Punch (which max flare removes its sand)
focus sash exca can kill it
Hippowdon can kill it
Seismatoad can kill it
Dracovish one shots it
if you have any sort of setup already in play you can kill it with neutral
shit Bisharp or Obstagoon max knuckle this thing, or Obstagoon CC if its guts and burned (TTar can't kill you without WP boost or max knuckle)
Grimmsnarl can reflect Twave it, or Reflect and bulk up/sub in its face to squander your opponent's Dynamax
